California leading the nation Again

California Governor Jerry Brown is at it again. Pushing the envelope for cleaner more renewable forms of energy to be used here in California. This proposal as always begins as a wishlist from the politicians, the Governor in this case, who also was originally proposing a reduction by 50% in petroleum products by the year 2030 in this same bill. California a state where our carriers and our industry has already been stressed to outperform the rest of the nation with cleaner burning trucks now has sights of new challenges for our industry. For now our industry can relax from mandates of new regulations, but be cognizant that it will change again and we will continue to have challenges in this state to keep our carriers compliant, safe, and legal on the road.
